Checks
Ensure the account you set up has sufficient rights fir viewing all data (Admin rights). Please see Delteks help site for more details on permissions Deltek Learning Hub.
We will use these to automatically set up permission sets and generate and maintain access tokens.
Also, please ensure that your Replicon plan supports the integration as it requires that Replicon has exported your data to their Google BigQuery.
Note: content may vary depending on which Deltek products you have active (ProjectTime, TimeBill, and, for example, Workforce management contain different datasets).
⚠️NOTE: We only ask for these credentials in cases of Proof of Concepts. Otherwise, you will be inputting these directly into the integrations section within BI Book (see the next subsection). Do not share these credentials with us through any other means than our support generated SendSafely links.

Technical implementation
See Replicons API documentation for more details: API authentication
Replicon supports a custom MEZ file (Power BI Connector) that can be utilized, however that data update frequency may very and the content of the data can be limited. It is prefered to connect to Deltek Replicon though the API as to ensure a more robust data pipeline.
