How to activate Talenom integration

Instructions how to integrate and connect Talenom to BI Book

  • First step: Contact a possible contact person at Talenom or Talenom's integration team (Integraatiot@talenom.fi, 0207 525 546) and on our side support@bibook.com.

  • Second step: Talenom will open SFTP-server for data transfer and retrieval.

  • Third step: Talenom supplies BI Book with customer-specific IDs safely. Data transfer of the material to the server start according to the customer's schedule.

    • Data is transferred - the update cycle will be once a day at night time.
