Where and how can i get support?

If you need support as a BI Book user, you can contact e.g directly;

• BI Book Chat - which can be found on the right side of the user interface

• By sending an e-mail to the address BI@greenstep.fi, from where this will be forwarded to a resourced analyst

• Contact directly the analyst resourced for your company. This is by far the fastest and most straightforward way. You can certainly get the contact information of the analyst resourced for you from your company's BI Book administrator, or by asking us directly if it is not known.

  Of course, it worth noting that an analyst may not be resourced for every single customer of ours. If it is not specified for you, please contact our e-mail BI@greenstep.fi
