You can easily connect your Netvisor HR module data to BI Book following this guidelines:

• If you are our existing Payroll/Accounting customer using Netvisor, we have automation available to get all the necessary HR data endpoints.

• In all other cases, you will have to open these endpoints yourself. Please see Netvisor's tutorial on how this can be done: Rights of interface resources : Netvisor

  • The list of required endpoints for the HR Reporting is as follows:

    • "getemployee.nv", "getemployees.nv", "getpayrollpaycheckbatch.nv", "getpayrollpaycheckbatchlist.nv", "getpayrollparties.nv"

      "getemployeesalaryparameters.nv", "payrollratiolist.nv", "getworkday.nv", "getworkdays.nv", "getrecordtypelist.nv"

      "getpayrollparties.nv"

After the endpoints are opened, there are 2 options:

• If you already have Netvisor activated in BI Book, we can use the same credentials for Netvisor HR Module (read more how to activate Netvisor in BI Book)

  • ⚠️⚠️⚠️Please be aware that, in this case, the HR data will, by default, be incorporated into the same database schema as the financial data → Admins in your BI Book environment will have access to both HR and financial data tables.

• If you have not yet activated Netvisor in BI Book, you will have to share the credentials with use after opening the HR-endpoints.
