We’re excited to announce a new BI Book release featuring process enhancements, technical improvements, and important bug fixes.
New in-app support messenger
Our new Featurebase-powered support messenger is here to help with any questions you have about using BI Book.
⚠️The in-app support messenger is to be used exclusively for inquiries related to BI Book and its features. Do not share any personal or confidential information through this chat.
ℹ️ This feature will be enabled for our Beta users immediately after the release. For all other users, it will be available no earlier than May 11th, due to required updates to the BI Book Data Processing Agreement.
The support messenger allows you to:
✅ Chat and get help on how to use BI Book
✅ Access help articles directly from within BI Book
✅ View the changelog to stay informed about the latest updates
Netvisor Activation Flow Changes
Revised activation flow for smoother and more straightforward experience.
New Activation Flow for Procountor
Possibility to activate BI Book directly from the Procountor Store.
Hubspot: new optional scopes
From now on it will be possible to retrieve data from Projects object via Hubspot integration
🐛Bug fixes
As part of this release we’ve done quite many bug fixes. The most notable ones are:
When refreshing BI Book reports, the refresh gets stuck and refresh_status "waiting" is displayed - fixed
Exporting link to pages report that is based on RLS report results into error - fixed
Fixes to the event log display
